BIZ: R&D/Investment: Randon upgrades Tech Centre in Farroupilha

Brazil - Empresas Randon SA (Randon Group) of Caxias do Sul has invested approximately BRA3m (USD560,000) over the last few months expanding capacity of its structural testing laboratory in Farroupilha (RS), Serra Gaucha (near Caxias do Sul). This added capacity, Randon explained, allows it to respond more quickly to new demands from the Randon companies group as well as its partner companies, such as commercial vehicle manufacturers, off-road and the agricultural vehicle makers.
