India/Sweden - Definitive business transfer agreements have been signed for the integration of Volvo Buses India Pvt Ltd of Bengaluru (a whollyowned subsidiary of Volvo Group India Pvt Ltd (VGIPL), itself a subsidiary of Volvo AB, Gothenburg, Sweden into the commercial vehicle manufacturing business, VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd (VECV) of Pithampur, India - a joint venture company between Volvo AB and Eicher Motors Ltd of New Delhi.
