INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY is a great excuse to present this second Women's Takeover special edition of The Environment magazine-but it is not our main motivation.CIWEM's commitment to diversity and inclusion is not why we opened this magazine's pages to women members and the wider pool of female expertise in water and environmental management.Initially,our intentions may have been worthy; CIWEM's membership remains skewed towards-often older,white-men.
