Arkema reports the proposed divestment of its integrated polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)business to Trinseo for €1.137 billion($1,382 billion),or 9.3 times estimated 2020 EBITDA.The PMMA business has four production sites in Europe and three in North America.Sales in 2020 are estimated to be €510 million for an EBITDA of around €1 22 million,near the historic high of €160 million and "a solid performance in the context of COVID-19," the company says in a statement.
