An attempt has been made to study the effects of Biofertilizers i.e., Rhizobium and mycorrhiza on nonulation and nitrogen fixation' in Albizia lebbek seedlings. Inoculated plants alone or combined performed better than uninoculated control plants. Plants performed best when inoculated with both Rhizobium and mycorrhiza (R + M) as compared to plants, which received either Rhizobium or mycorrhiza, and even plants, which were not at all inoculated. Plants with Rhizobium inoculation had an edge over mycorrhizal inoculated plants.
