WBI Energy has received approval from the North Dakota Pipeline Authority to construct its Northern Bakken Expansion project. The 250 million cubic feet per day that the project will deliver into the Northern Border pipeline - providing northern Bakken producers with incremental gas takeaway capacity -will come at the expense of Canadian producers.
