摘要

We observed the effect of fluorouracil nano-liposomes on gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell growth in nude mice. The Gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell transplantation model was established in nude mice and randomized to two groups of ten. The experimental group was treated with fluorouracil nanoliposomes and the control group with fluorouracil only, every other day 10 times in total, to observe xenograft tumor growth in nude mice. Mice were euthanized after 20 days, the tumor removed, and DNA was extracted according to the magnetic bead method. RT-PCR was used to detect Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA expression levels, and their ratio (Bcl-2/Bax). A specifically designed kit was used to detect apoptotic cells. Growth rates of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control. Bcl-2 mRNA expression was lower in the experimental group compared with that in the control. Bax mRNA expression was higher in the experimental group. The Bcl-2/Bax ratio was lower in the experimental group, which also had a higher apoptosis rate (all P < 0.05). Fluorouracil nano-liposome treatment effectively inhibits cervical cancer xenograft development in nude mice by promoting tumor apoptosis.
