In this final article instalment, online branding specialist Andrew Ford explains what you can do to make that happen.One of the most common mistakes that I see people make online is not displaying their contact details or using outdated ones. It's a simple problem to fix, but many people don't check their digital assets regularly enough. First, make sure that your website's home page has your phone number, address, email address and a contact tab. The best places for a 'Contact' button are on the top right of the screen and again in the footer (which will then appear on all the pages of your website).
