Russia to reduce July seaborne supply

Crude loadings at Russian ports served by the Transneft pipeline system are scheduled down by almost 19pc on the month at 2.15mn b/d (9.16mn t) in July — the lowest since March. But planned exports are more than 39pc higher than in July last year, when Opec+ restrictions were tighter than they are now.
