Futerra’s pellet plant fully operational by year end

Portuguese wood pellet producer Futerra Fuels expects all six torrefaction lines at its 170,000 t/yr pellet plant in Valongo, Portugal, to become operational by the end of 2021. The lines will be delivered by Dutch firm Yilkins and is the first commercial-scale torrefied wood pellet plant in the country.
