Senegal has put back the bid timetable for its licensing round yet again with May the latest deadline. A dozen offshore blocks are on offer including those disputed by PetroNor (formerly African Petroleum) and Elenilto. Acreage relinquished by BP and Kosmos from their successful blocks is also included along with several newly drawn ul-tra-deepwater blocks.
