South Korea draft decree amendment includes polymer risk data exemption

South Korea's Ministry of Environment (MoE) is consulting on a draft amendment of the K-REACH enforcement decree. Published on 3 June, the draft proposes a number of revisions including removing the requirement for polymer submissions to include risk assessment data where they are manufactured or imported in volumes of less than 1,000 tonnes/year.
