The EPA has not yet decided whether it will be re-proposing a planned update to its 2018 TSCA fees rule, an agency official has said. The EPA indicated in a budget justification document released late last month plans to re-propose the fees rule. However, the agency has "not made that decision yet", Marc Edmonds, environmental protection specialist at the EPA, said at the 9 June Chemical Watch conference TSCA Developments 2021. "A decision so far has not been made on whether we're going to re-propose anything," he said. "People should keep an eye out for a re-proposal or a final rule."
