The food product according to claim 2, where the cellular oxidative damage is due to a physiological condition selected from aging, physical activity, hypoglycemia during or after exercise; or a disease selected from neurodegenerative pathology, ocular pathology, ischemic pathology, inflammatory process, atherosclerosis; where the specified neurodegenerative pathology can be selected from multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and muscle dystrophy; where the specified eye pathology can be selected from retinal pigment degeneration, macular degeneration and cataracts; where the specified ischemic pathology can be selected from myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction; and where the specified inflammatory process can be selected from arthritis, vasculitis, glomerulonephritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. ! 4. The food product according to any one of claims 2 to 3, where the cellular oxidative damage includes the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), or the cellular oxidative damage includes the production of superoxide anion, or the cellular oxidative damage includes the shortening of telomeres of DNA, or the cellular oxidative damage includes premature cell aging. ! 5.
