摘要

Many liquids contain solid or gas inclusions in addition to the liquid phase itself. These inclusions affect the propagation of sound. On the other hand, the force of acoustic radiation can be used to control the distribution of the particles’ concentration. Two problems are considered in this work: the attenuation of sound in a suspension of particles oscillating in a rotational mode, and the formation of a nonuniform distribution of bubbles in flow-through acoustic waveguide systems.
