Sydney-With confirmation that Caltex has shut the last processing unit at its Kurnell refinery in Sydney, east Australia, and that the facility has started operating as an import terminal, Australia’s 950,000 b/d oil products market is now serviced by just five refineries with a combined capacity of 570,000 b/d.
