New York-With Mexico poised to loosen the grip of its state monopoly on imports to one of the world’s largest LPG markets for domes- tic use, US midstream NuStar has gained a head start by forming an alliance with Pemex trading affiliate PMI. NuStar and PMI are planning new infra- structure to deliver LPGs and refined products from Mont Belvieu and Corpus Christi, Texas, to Nuevo Laredo and Burgos-Reynosa, Mexico, the companies said Wednesday.
