Australian LNG signs US deal with Spain’s Fenosa

Sydney—Australia-based Liquefied Natural Gas Limited has signed a heads of agreement with a subsidiary of Spain’s Gas Natural Fenosa Group on a tolling arrangement for its Magnolia LNG project in the US state of Louisiana. Under the terms of the deal, GNF will undertake detailed due diligence of the Magnolia project, with a view to drawing up a first draft of the proposed definitive tolling agreement no later than October 31, 2013. The tolling agreement would be between GNF and LNG Limited’s wholly owned project company Magnolia LNG.
