Lebanon pre-qualifies 12 operators for bid round

London—Lebanon has pre-qualified 12 companies able to act as operators in the country’s first offshore bid round, the Lebanese energy ministry said. It also prequalified another 34 companies that could be non-operators. The bid round is set to be launched on April 30.
