PetroChina, Sinopec capex down sharply

Singapore—PetroChina’s capital expenditure in the first six months of 2015 was Yuan 61.65 billion ($9.63 billion), a fall of 32% from Yuan 91.10 billion in the same period of last year. The company updated its estimated capex to Yuan 255 billion in the whole of 2015, from Yuan 266 billion set at the beginning of this year.
