Australian minnow Eden Energy, a clean energy company that also has stakes in coalbed methane (CBM) and gas projects, said it plans to spin off its wholly owned UK CBM and shale gas subsidiary, Eden Energy (UK), into a new listing on the Australian Securities Exchange to raise A$10 million (US$10.31 million).
