India's Gail Scraps LNG Ship Tender

State-owned Gail India has scrapped another tender for at least nine LNG carriers to ship contracted volumes from the US to India (IOD Apr.14'16). Gail canceled the tender after bids were submitted with some deviations to the tender terms, which were not allowed.
