CPC terminates plan to relocate cracker from Taiwan to Indonesia

State-owned refiner and petrochemical company CPC Corp. (Taipei, Taiwan) says that the company and Pertamina (Jakarta, Indonesia) have terminated a plan to relocate a CPC naphtha cracker from Taiwan to Indonesia. CPC had initially planned to relocate its 500,000-metric tons/year No. 5 cracker from Kaohsiung to Indonesia.
