Kemira forms AKD wax joint venture in China

Finnish speciality chemicals firm, Kemira, has received final authority permits for formation of a joint venture with a Chinese AKD (Alkyl Ketene Dimer) producer - Shandong Tiancheng Wanfeng Chemical Technology - and has announced closure of the deal, which was announced in September last year.
