Erratum: Response surface model predictions of wake-up time during scoliosis surgery (Anesthesia and Analgesia (2014) 118 (546-53))

Due to errors in the publisher's production process, "Response Surface Model Predictions of Wake-Up Time During Scoliosis Surgery " was published without author corrections in the March 2014 issue of Anesthesia & Analgesia. The corrected version appears here in the June 2014 issue on page 1396. The corrected errors are as follows: In equation 1, the minus symbol should be an alpha symbol. In equation 2, the comma is deleted at the end of the equation. In the footnote for Table 2, C50r and C50s should appear as C50r and C50s. In Table 3, Age (y) and 15.9 ± 2.9 should not be in bold face. In the legend for Figure 1, "the dashed line" should be "the dashed dotted line." The publisher regrets these errors.
