In this issue of Blood, Armand et al report on a clinical trial of pembrolizumab, an immunoglobulin G4 anti-programmed cell death-1 (anti-PD-1) antibody, administered to patients as consolidation or maintenance therapy after autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) for relapsed/refractory (RR) classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL).(1)
