Occurrence of electrohydrodynamic shock on the boundaries of inheterogeneities in heterogenous media at current passing

The problem of electrohydrodynamic shock occurrence on the boundaries of inheterogeneities in heterogenous media and the possibility of plasmolysis of biological raw material by means of deleting of the inheterogeneities at the cell structure level due to electrical processing is investigated. It is shown that the force action reveals by dynamic friction of charge carriers and dynamic polarization of conducting media.
