Some feature of pyroelectric converters with the use of polymer ferroelectric ceramics

The paper considers pyroelectric properties of polyvinylidene fluoride and its use for ultra-redradiation perception. Characteristics properties measured under real-life conditions are presentedalong with theoretically computed parameters of polyvinylidene fluorede film. In contrast to the wellknow ferroelectric ceramics, pyroactive polymers are of higher strength, more flexible, chemicallyinert, moisture-resistant and cheap.
