A Method of Soft Realization of Discrete Control Automata in Built-in Control Systems

A new method of software realization of discrete control automata for real-time built-in control systems, such as direct didital control systems for power converters and electrical drives, is proposed. The proposed method is based on the theory of automata and its applications for developing a software product. The main advantage of the method is the technology according to which the program of the control automaton is directly realized from the transition graph, which is constructed strictly in line with the technical assignment. The method can be used in automation systems, in energy and resource conservation systems, and in distributed control systems of equipment. The method is practically implemented in the《universal* series of converters (produced in Russia), which support group control of pumps.
