摘要

The problems of a system design of electric drive for machine units (MU) for processing a paper sheet are considered. Equivalent mathematical models of interconnected electromechanical systems (EMS) of slitting machines (SM) and supercalenders (SK) are developed, which enable a synthesis and an imitational modelling of multi-drive MU to be carried out. On the basis of a multifactor analysis the regularities of the behaviour of the EMS of SM and SK are stated for the action of typical disturbances and the systems engineering recommendations for improvement of electrical and mechanical parts of the units are developed. The principles stated are intended for the use when designing. a new generation of high-production MU of the class considered.
