On Potier's reactance of a salient-pole synchronous machine

摘要

The theoretical and experimental dependences of the leakage reactance of the stator winding of a salient-pole synchronous machine as a function of the armature current are given. It is shown that Potier's reactance is quite realistic and corresponds to the leakage reactance of the stator when the load power factor is low.
