Multicriterion analysis of solutions when planning the development of electric power systems

摘要

A general approach to a multicriterion analysis of solutions on the development of electric power systems on the basis of the complex use of several methods of a multicriterions analysis with account taken of various preference relations is considered. Fundamental concepts of the utility theory are used on the basis of which concrete methods of a multicriterion analysis are developed. The approach is illustrated by an example of developing the United Electric Power System of Russia.
