PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein record transfer is needed each time an access is made to a database a relevant generation for adjusting/changing an equipment stoppage plan across respective generations. ;SOLUTION: In this electric power system plan control system, the same equipment is attached with the same record number for respective equipment for the databases, in an equipment stop plan support system 2 and respective equipment for the databases in an electric power system control system 1. Equipment stop plan information on the basis of the database attached with the record number are electronically transferred from the equipment stop plan support system 2 to the electric power system control system 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
