摘要

The change of physical-chemical properties of nanocrystalline powder of composition ZrO{sub}2-3 mol. % Y{sub}2O{sub}3 in presence of aluminium fluoride is investigated. The initial powder are prepared with complex method including steps of hydrothermal synthesis and sol-gel technology. It is found that the temperature field of M-ZrO{sub}2 is extended under these conditions. It is found that the transformation centre occurs due to fluorine adsorption on the ZrO{sub}2 surface, diffusion in solid state, decreasing of the anion vacancies concentration.
