摘要

Structure, phase composition and strength properties of AIN based ceramics with additions within 5 to 15 mass. % TiO{sub}2 are investigated. Tribological characteristics of materials above studied in sliding friction condition at temperature inthe range of 20 up to 900°C in air. Quantitive characteristics of friction surfaces resulted from the friction tests and deformined by metallographic, microdurometric and sclerometric methods are presented.
