Here is considered the physical and finite-element model of crankshaft crank for the investigation of stressed state and fatigue resistance of crankshaft. It is noticed that stressed state of crank with oil gallery is defined on one side by theinfluence of resistance concentration, and by crank web compliance-on the other side which positively influence the fatique resistance.
