Considered are the issues of alloying of the deposited metal of Fe-C-Cr system, features of the carbide phase formation, as well as their influence on the structure and properties of the deposited metal. Determined is the optimal for the studiedcompositions ratio of the algebraic sum of the carbide- and graphite forming elements to carbon, at which the carbide phase transformation takes place.
