Diffusion vacuum welding of chromium with copper

摘要

Technology of diffusion vacuum welding (DVW) of chromium with copper for manufacture bimetal cathodes used for the creation of wear-resistant layers of friction and decorating coatings has been developed. It was established that deposition of copper on chromium is occurred in the zone of contact during DVW. Mechanism of deformation of intermediate erforated copper interlayer is studied. The prospects of use of this interlayer in chromium-copper diffusion welding is shown.
