A prototype of video database retrieval system using the SD-form

摘要

The authors adopt the SD-Form Semantics Model in order to deal with semantic processing of natural language. The model has a framework to calculate the semantic difference measure between two concepts. This paper describes a video database retrieval system of natural language. The database has video motion picture, sound digital, semantic description of drama scenes, text data, and the SD-Form as their meaning. We have made on experimental system to retrieve scenes from the database.
