The sector of service-industry is increasing its importance in the industrial structure of the industrialized countries. After the continuous success in developing the manufacturing industries, Japan is confronted the difficulties of changing its industrial structure. The competitive semiconductor and other electronics industry are inevitable to re-construct the new industrial structure, even they are now less competitive.
