Calculation of Melt Temperature at Electron-beam melting of Titanium Alloys

The mathematical model of temperature condition on the surface of liquid metal in could hearth during electron beam melting is created. The processes of evaporation, heat and mass transfer, heat radiation are considered. The quantitative dependence of temperature of liquid metal surface of titanium alloy in could hearth from melting velocity and the power of electron beam heating is determined.
