摘要

Self-ion assisted deposition of metal coatings was used for modification of adhesion and tribological properties of synthetic rubber. Elemental composition and phase structure of modified surfaces were investigated by Rutherford backscattering and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy as well as by RUMP computer code simulation. The level of adhesion between the deposited layer and rubber was measured using Pin Pull Test method.
