摘要

For the first time by calculated andexperimental way the thermal strength of diskspecimens is investigated at combined thermal andforce loading. It is shown that at cooling of a lateralsurface of specimen, loading the bending stresses bymagnitude of 20% from a level of maximum thermalstresses suffices for full specimen fragmentation.The path of avalanche crack propagation to specimenedge bends around the zone of compression and almostperpendicular to initial direction of the crack.
