摘要

Effect of radiation-thermal treatment under electron irradiation on diffusion of oxygen in lithium-titanium ferrite ceramics has been investigated. Coefficients of thr volume and grain-boundary diffusion of oxygen in ferrites were determined by means of in-layer analysis of activation energy of electric conduction. It was shown that radiation stimulation of the diffusion process is caused by the ambient gas ionization and diffusion processes enhancement in the matrix volume Radiation effect of grain-boundary oxygen diffusion enhancement in polycrystalline ferrites is considered in the frame of the surface-recombination mechanism.
