摘要

The purpose of this paper is to establish the multi-hydration model for fly ash cement. Hydration model constructed is as follows: paste of fly ash cement consists of 100 X 100 X 100 pixels in which 1 pixel is 1 (mu)m cubic, and each material (fly ash, portland cement and mixing water) occupies each volume of 100 X 100 X 100 pixels according as volume of mix proportioning. Furthermore, pixels of each material consist of mineral particles according as constitution ratio of minerals in each material. Analysis of hydration is calculated based on such factors as hydration equation of portland cement and pozzolan, and hydration ratio due to penetration rate of water into mineral particles. Calculation is carried out by way of cellular automata algorithm. Calculated data is compared with the experimental data, proposed under the condition for the curing temperature 20 deg C, water-powder ratio 0.4 and pozzolan displacement ratio 0.2 approx 0.6. It is made clear that the analysed techniques nearly estimate the actual hydration process of fly ash cement.
