摘要

The effect of soil drought on water regime and CO_2 gas exchange of the flag leaf of two winter wheat cultivars, contrast in their drought-resistance, was studied at the stages of heading and flowering in greenhouse experiment. It has been found that the decrease in soil moisture by cessation of watering during 6 days caused a considerable increase in water deficit, decrease in the intensity of transpiration and photosynthesis, raise in the ratio of respiration rate to the intensity of photosynthesis in less resistant to drought cv Myrleben than in the resistant cv Odeska 162. The increase in diffusion resistance of a leaf in both cultivars was observed, too. It has been shown that next day after renovation of watering, the activity of photosynthetical apparatus in cv Odeska 162 and in Myrleben it is restored entirely and by 60 % of control, respectively.
