摘要

Experimental dam concerning researches in readaptation of the stone cultures stocks P-3, P-7 and Kuban'-86 obtained in vitro to the open soil conditions are discussed. Observations have shown that the "comfort zone" was formed under the artificial conditions, and this led to the disappearing of the regenerated plants' accommodation to the unfavourable natural factors. The return of the stone cultures stocks obtained by clinal micropropagation to the initial conditions is a complicated process, which requires the utilization of a special technology of their adaption that has been worked out by the authors.
