摘要

The influence of the microorganism pectinases on the potato, growing in vitro on culture medium, containing these enzymes, was studied on different levels of plant material organization (intact plants, isolated organs and protoplasts, cultivated cells). The sensitivity of potato to pectinases depended on its varietal and species peculiarities. It was shown that the microorganism pectinases could be used in vitro to increase the resistance of potato to phytopathogens. The regenerants resistant to pectinases were obtained; the resistant forms to pathogen were found very often among them. The forms with simultaneous resistance to several pathogens were found under these conditions.
