KUROSIO-northern pacific ocean current, information technology and oceanic wellness environments: Okinawa's framework for sustainable economic development by endowed resources

This paper considers Okinawan strategies for sustainable development of island's local economy, which have been plagued by chronic deficits. A key to resolution of this difficulty will be lying in well-thought utilization of endowed resources of KUROSIO, internet technology and wellness-oriented tourism.
