摘要

The six-stage CVD system, which equips an original vaporizer for a long time injection of CVD source and a six-stage reactor for a multi-formation of YBCO layers, was developed to realize rapid formation of the long oxide superconducting tapes by using CVD technique. YBCO films were prepared successfully on roll milled non-textured Ag substrates at a high tape-moving speed of 10m/h by optimizing the conditions of concentration and injection rate of CVD source, and a 100m-long YBCO tape with Jc of 6.1×10{sup}8A/m{sup}2 (77K, 0T) through the total length was also prepared successfully by operating CVD system continuously for 12 hours under this condition.
